HOW TO CARE NEW SALES REPRESENTATIVE

  • Warm Welcome in the Group.
  • Give positive introduction of yourself.
  • Give knowledge about the Firm background.
  • Give detailed knowledge about earnings circulars.
  • GL Should give training to the new SRs or GL should take new SR with him to the field on 1st day.
  • Maintain clean & neat atmosphere in the Room.
  • If new SR brings low sales in first few days then train him more.
  • Identify the new SR problem and try to solve it on the spot.
  • Solve his all field related problems
  • Show him a path to develop his carrier in our organization.
  • Tell him about your old problems and how you overcame.
  • Give him a moral support for positive attitude.
  • Monthly one time talk with his parents.
  • Tell him about his future prospects in Firm.
  • Tell him about promotion scheme in the Firm.
  • Give details of promotion criteria.
  • Give nearest field area to the new SR.
  • Use good language while speaking with them.
  • Don’t do and don’t encourage sales transfers, it will spoil the Group.
  • Communicate daily two or three time if new SR not getting sales.
  • Maintain perfect dress code.
  • Do not impose outstanding amount on them.
  • Compare his earning in this Firm with other Firm.
